I will say I didn’t have the best experience. The food is too high. A child’s cheeseburger, a buffalo wrap, lemonade and a salad was 62. We paid for the VIP 60 on lane 1. My sister and I didn’t get to bowl several of our 2nd ball because it skipped to the next person. Our time still showed we had 17 minutes left, but the system shut down. We were told by staff something about Angry Birds being on our screen. I’m 64 years old. I don’t know anything about Angry Birds. They offered to start it over and give our time back but we would lose our scores. By then we were just frustrated and said never mind. We did receive 6 free 1 hour games to make up for that, so it is appreciated. Hopefully I can talk family into coming back. My sister and I chose to celebrate our birthday there. So we are feeling some type of way. The brightest part was Chelsea when we ordered our food. She’s very people friendly and she served with a smile and apologized that it was taking so long with the food. Thank you Chelsea.

AMAZING SERVICE!! The staff is very welcoming. They had a prize wheel outside & we won game cards and got some coupons from Chelsea and her helper, they were so nice! Cantrell was extremely busy, he was helping out in every aspect and had a smile on his face the entire time. Greatly enjoyed our visit! It’s so clean in here, and everything is updated. We definitely will return!

Had a fantastic time, the door lady Lucretia was friendly & helpful, she immediately greeted us, made us feel welcome & walked us up to our party who were waiting on us. Bowling was fun as the bowling lane lights up! There was also a huge LED Screen by the bowling pins! Cool light shows everywhere! The food was delicious & the bartenders were super & went above & beyond customer service wise! He even took a picture of our family reunion we had there! Sometimes the food comes out on an automated robot with a face which is really cool to look at as it navigates aroung people! Never seen that & I thought that was cool! I didn’t get around to playing the arcades but they looked cool as I was leaving the building.

Truly an unforgettable experience! We brought 50 high school football players on the day of the event — a huge group — and from the moment we walked in, the hospitality was nothing short of world-class. The staff was beyond gracious, welcoming us with open arms and having everything perfectly prepared: lanes ready, food hot and fresh, and smiles all around. They treated our players like VIPs and created an atmosphere full of energy, fun, and genuine care. It exceeded anything we could have imagined. Our entire group had an absolutely phenomenal time! If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, this is it. 10 stars if I could!

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with 25 friends and family. Chelsea was so friendly and on it. She made sure we had everything we needed plus more. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of us. YOU ROCK CHELSEA!!! Good food, good entertainment, GREAT service!!

My family and I came to Stars and Strikes to watch the Blue Angels practice for the airshow. We had not planned to go inside. A very friendly and professional member of the staff, Chelsea, approached us in the parking lot and provided us with a few passes for a free game of laser tag and informed us of the Kids Bowl Free summer program. We took her up on the offer! We played a round of laser tag and a game of bowling. Chelsea was helpful and accommodating while we were there. Truly amazing hospitality! We left around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Several hours later, my daughter realized she left her expensive belt bag at the bowling lane. I called and left a message. Renee immediately returned my call and let me know Chelsea found the bag and was holding it for us to pick up at our convenience. Since it was late, I waited until the next day to pick it up. Chelsea met us at the front and immediately recognized us. She returned the bag and was so kind to us! We will definitely be back! Thank you Stars and Strikes staff for a pleasant experience and for taking care of us! See you again soon!

This bowling alley is amazing. The employees are so friendly. I love how the food comes on a robot to you. The bands that played on the weekend were amazing. Great food great bowling and great video games. Wonderful place to spend the day.

We've been bringing our kids to Stars and Stripes for years, so the recent changes were pretty noticeable. Not sure if management has changed, but the arcade layout definitely has. Removing the bumper cars opened up space for more fun games, and moving the basketball hoops to the back was a smart move—they were always a bit of a hazard in the middle of everything. The addition of designated party tables and bowling lanes is a nice touch. Our private lane was clean, which we appreciated. The only downside was the glitchy setup screens on both of our lanes, including the ordering system. We ended up having to go back and forth to the bar to place food orders. That said, the bartender was doing a great job managing it all with a positive attitude. Even though it wasn’t that crowded for a Sunday afternoon, it seemed like the staff was stretched thin. They might need more employees to keep up with the workload. Customer service overall was good though. The food is cheap, which is great depending on what you're looking for. Personally, I’d eat before coming next time. The wings were okay, and the usual kid-friendly options—burgers, pizza, fries—were fine for the little ones. All in all, I'd give the experience 3 stars. Definitely heading in the right direction, and definitely an overall upgrade from previous years.
